Refunds & Replacements

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged during shipping, we have a video verification process in place to ensure your claim is handled quickly and accurately.


1. Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements Only

  • We offer refunds or replacements only for items that arrive damaged.
  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • A video of the unboxing process is required to verify the damage (see below).
  • Customized items, final sale products, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for refund or replacement.

2. Video Verification for Damaged Items

To qualify for a refund or replacement due to damage, you must provide a clear, continuous video of the unboxing process.

Steps for video verification:

  1. Begin recording before opening the package.
  2. Include the following in your video:
    • A clear view of any external shipping damage.
    • The product in its original packaging.
    • Close-ups of the damaged item.
    • The shipping label and order details for verification.

💡 Incomplete or unclear videos may delay processing or result in claim denial.


3. Refund & Replacement Process

  • After reviewing your video, we’ll notify you within 48 hours if your claim is approved.
  • If approved, you may choose between:
    • A full refund to your original payment method (may take 5–7 business days).
    • A replacement item shipped at no extra cost (subject to availability).

🚫 We do not require the damaged product to be returned.


4. Non-Eligible Claims

  • The following are not eligible for refund or replacement:
  • Claims without video verification.
  • Requests made more than 14 days after delivery.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or tampered with.
  • Claims lacking clear documentation of the damage and packaging.
